Social Media Strategy for an Online School

Client Background

A complete online school run by a renowned education institution brand with 30 offline schools across PAN India, offering a variety of curriculums, including national and international standards accredited by reputable organizations. 

Considering online schooling challenges, the client wanted to create a social media brand presence, reach newer markets & drive admissions.

We began our initiatives by improving awareness about online education through the creation of visual materials that present a modern aesthetic for information purposes, advantages, and the results of online schooling. Furthermore, we developed interactive posts for teachers and parents, including riddles and quizzes, to encourage engagement on the school’s page. After raising this awareness, we moved forward with testimonials that highlighted parents’ satisfaction; we showcased practical activities in the form of experiments, projects, events, and special days at school.

A special advertising campaign was undertaken by identifying the appropriate audience, utilizing a suitable set of creative materials, implementing an effective lead handling process, and ensuring prompt responses from the school team. This strategy enabled us to generate over 1500 leads, with approximately 30% to 35% of parents (leads) engaging with the school’s coordinators for the admission process.
